The site has been re-activated.
I've added a FAQ module.
The questions can be asked by anyone registered on the site, however the questions can only be answered by proven experts who are willing to donate their time and expertise to increase the use of Drupal by those interested in the benefits of utilizing Drupal for their websites and intranets.
The wiki pages are yet to be fully operational (You can add or edit a wiki page I believe but interlinking wiki pages have yet to start.) Wiki page creation could speed up promotion to a FAQ answering expert if the provided information is canonical and not plagiarized.
Most of the site is ready for a Drupal 6 upgrade save for the Panels 2 module which is yet to be upgraded to D6.
I'm not recommending Drupal 6 for everyone until an e-commerce solution is available (ubercart seems best.) Once an e-commerce solution is available, the download block on the upper right would receive a Drupal 6 download link. With the release of Panels 2 for Drupal 6, Drupal 6 would be ready for the most websites with the exception of E-Commerce websites.
